How many photos will we receive?

Every wedding is different! I don’t have a set number of deliverable images, but on average I deliver between 50-100 images per hour booked.

What is your turnaround time for photos?

Depending on the season it can take 6-8 weeks. However I always try to 1UP myself and get galleries back to clients as quickly as possible.
However I do offer a 48 hour turnaround option if you want the ultimate swiftness!

Do you have insurance?

Yes! I have both equipment insurance as well as liability insurance, so there is peace of mind all around. If your venue requires a certificate of liability form from me,I am more than happy to provide it!

How does payment work?

It’s super simple. I require a 50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking. The remaining 50% will need to be paid 2 weeks before the date of the wedding.

How many hours do wee need?

Most couples book me for 8 or 10 hours of coverage. Below 8 hours is doable but it will mostly depend on how your wedding day is set up. 8 hours will generally allow
for coverage of the tail end of getting ready through 30 minutes of open dancing during the reception. 10 hours will give a bit more coverage to those items on the end
(getting ready & open dancing/an exit). If you feel stuck and not sure what you need, feel free to reach out and I'd be happy chat and recommend how many hours of coverage would be best for you.

Should we add a second photographer?

If it is within your budget, it is never a bad idea. Having an extra set of eyes to capture your day will only result in seeing certain moments from the day from a different perspective.
Adding a second photographer is not required by any means, I'm totally comfortable shooting either way. However, if something requires me to be in two places at once, I will definitely recommend one.

What if we decide to add hours on the day of our wedding?

That is no problem at all! When you book me for your wedding day, that entire day is blocked off for you. If you find that you need additional hours, please let me know asap so I can plan for it!
Extra hours of coverage that is added on the day of the wedding is $400/hr.

What if I need to cancel/reschedule our wedding?

Life happens and I totally get it! Please keep in mind that cancelation’s will result in forfeiture of the 50% retainer. For rescheduling. Your 50% retainer and a $150 rescheduling fee will apply to the new date,
as long as the new date is within 6 months of the original date. If you are rescheduling more than 6 months, a new retainer will be required along with the rescheduling fee.

Can we see a full gallery?

Of course! I would love for you to look through a few full galleries. Instagram & websites tend to be highlight reels so I encourage you to look through a few so you have a great idea of what a complete wedding looks like from me.

How do we book with you?

Super simple! Just let me know what package you’d like to move forward with, along with and a la carte items, and I will prep the contract and send it on over!
Once the 50% retainer fee is paid and the contract is signed by all three of us, you are all set!
